What is the purpose of this toolkit?
The next step is sharing the findings of the 2022 Williamson County Community Health Assessment (CHA) with our community members through social media! This social media toolkit is full of health information that can inspire community members to take action, share the findings of the 2022 CHA, and take part in the 2023–25 community health improvement process.
- These free resources include social media captions, graphics, hashtags, and handles.
- Everyone is invited to participate! That means schools, nonprofits, government agencies, small businesses, corporations, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, collaboratives, working groups, and community members are welcome to use these social media posts.
