The 2019 Community Health Assessment (CHA) assesses the health and wellness of Williamson County and provides a comprehensive look of the county’s current health status, needs, and issues.

The results from the 2019 CHA will be used to develop the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and to address the top five health priorities in the county.
