The 2022 Community Health Assessment (CHA) assesses the health and wellness of Williamson County and provides a comprehensive look at the county’s current health status, needs, and issues.
The results from the 2022 CHA will be used to develop the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and to address the top health priorities in the county.
