2017-2019 Community Health Improvement Plan
A community health improvement plan or CHIP is developed for Williamson County, Texas every 3 years. Healthy Williamson County, in conjunction with Williamson County and Cities Health District, coordinates this project. The 2017-2019 Community Health Improvement Plan was published January 2017. The 2017-2019 CHIP will tackle 5 specific priority areas identified in the 2016 Community Health Assessment.
The 2017-2019 CHIP consists of nine action plans that were developed by Healthy Williamson County working groups. Each action plan consists of goals, objectives, and strategies to improve the top five health priorities of Williamson County.
